I have just replaced my laser lens on my Xbox. It still doesn’t work?

I used the SOH-DX1 laser lens from Samsung. I was getting the “disk may be dirty or damaged” error. This usually would happen after the games would load, play for a short period of time, then freeze up and give me this error. Now since I have replaced, the games will not even load, the error comes up as soon as I insert the disk. Any info on this problem that is driving me crazy would help. Thanks!!

Chalk that one up. It’s done. The same thing happened to me. Its not worth it. Youre better off investing in a new one.
